By choosing IBM iX as a strategic partner for the relaunch of LOT’s website lot.com, LOT benefits from IBM iX long-standing experience in many other successful industry projects and its deep expertise in Adobe technology, agile methodologies, and working models.
Even during the challenging last 18 months marked by the COVID pandemic, LOT continued to focus on enhancing their digital strategy and presence by completely revising their lot.com platform as one of the many steps they are taking to continuously improve their customer experience on all digital channels.
The Adobe Experience Manager is the new strategic platform of choice for the corporate website and will allow LOT to redefine the customer experience and increase the website’s performance to be well-equipped for the digital future.
“We were looking for a partner who will help us to set the next milestone with our digital transformation program. ecx.io perfectly addressed our needs – deep understanding of Adobe technology and working models to pass this knowledge to the LOT team.”
As an experienced partner, IBM iX intends to improve the website’s organic traffic, enhance the performance of lot.com and increase their overall sales results. To achieve that, the range of CMS and backend systems that are currently used to operate the website will be unified to reduce the time and effort required to manage it. The various CMS systems will be standardised and replaced by a user-friendly system that meets all the customer’s needs. The new lot.com platform will be both easily scalable and upgradable to ensure a state-of-the-art solution.
The Adobe Experience Manager allows LOT to increase customer retention by creating and delivering a user-centric and holistic user experience. The new lot.com platform also offers various options to enhance the design and refresh the look and feel of the corporate website, which will also support 12 languages and will be available in over 50 markets.
